Our intervention
OBJECTIVE
Libeo, a startup created in 2018, aims to simplify supplier invoice payment management
In July 2018, Libeo consulted us to bring an idea to life: decomplexing and simplifying B2B invoice payment.
No more paperwork, no more endless manual reminders... We helped Libeo create their B2B platform, then, after a few prototypes and user tests, we developed their tool and created their brand universe, because at Arneo, we ❤️ Startups.
Ah, and since our intervention, they've raised 4 million euros.
Support for founders in identifying pathways and writing user stories.
Creation of all interfaces relating to the various customer paths identified.
With the help of a freelance DA, definition of the Libeo brand's graphic universe and identity.
Implementation of a prototype and test protocols with a dozen testers, then test feedback.

Are you familiar with current accounting and invoice processing processes? Have you ever been confronted with an ERP (no, that's not a dirty word)? The aim was to simplify these obscure, archaic processes with a modern, efficient interface.
And to achieve this, we obviously had to test our assumptions, and what better way than with a user test to confront an interface with its audience?
The trick
After defining test protocols and scenarios, we organized test sessions on our premises. 10 potential users of the platform were asked to follow specific paths, and we observed the friction points they encountered. Hy
