Definitions

Publisher (also referred to as "we", "us", "our", "ARNEO"): refers to ARNEO CONSULTING (RESP3CT), a simplified joint stock company (SAS) registered in the Lyon Trade and Companies Register under SIRET number 893 902 114 00014, with its registered office at Rephael, 25 boulevard Deruelle, 69003 Lyon.

User (also referred to as "you"): any person using the Site and the services offered therein.

Data controller: the aforementioned ARNEO company.

Personal data collected

When you choose to complete our online contact form, we collect the personal information you have chosen to provide. This includes, among other things, your first and last name, e-mail address and telephone number. You also have the option of consenting to receive our newsletter, which you can unsubscribe from at any time.
When you visit our site, we may also collect certain information linked to your device, the collection of which we detail in the "Cookies" section of our Privacy Policy.

We also collect your personal data as a candidate. You can send us your CV and apply for our job vacancies. The information collected as part of this process includes your surname, first name, e-mail address and any other personal information contained in your CV, such as your professional experience and academic background.

At ARNEO, we treat your personal data with the utmost respect and confidentiality. The information you provide us with is used for the specific purpose for which it was collected, and in accordance with the legal provisions in force:

  • With our affiliates: an "affiliate" is a company in which more than half of the capital is held by a parent company. In the course of our business, we may share your personal data with our affiliates, including Mantu, and we ensure that they comply fully with this privacy policy.
  • With our internal teams: in particular, as part of our recruitment process.
  • With our service providers: we may share your personal data with our service partners, including HubSpot, a marketing and customer relationship management platform, in order to improve our communications and personalize your experience on our site.
  • In the event of a transfer of assets or rights: we may share or transfer your personal data in connection with, or during the negotiations of, any merger, sale of ARNEO assets, financing or acquisition of all or part of ARNEO to another company.
  • With governmental authorities: where we are required to do so by law.

Personal data security

Your personal data is stored either in our databases or in those of our service providers.
We use appropriate technical, organizational and administrative security measures to prevent the loss, misuse and unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration and destruction of any information we hold. Unfortunately, no company or service can guarantee complete security. Unauthorized entry or use, hardware or software failure and other factors can compromise the security of user information at any time.

Storage of personal data

Our website is hosted in the European Union on servers based in Switzerland, provided by Informaniak, a company registered in the Commercial Register of the Canton of Geneva under number CH-660.0.059.996-1, with its registered office in Les Acacias, Geneva, Switzerland.

Personal data is stored for the time required to fulfil the above-mentioned purposes, or in accordance with contractual or legal obligations.

Our candidates' personal data is kept for 4 years from the last contact with the candidate, in accordance with our internal policies and legal obligations regarding the retention of personal data. After this period, candidates' personal data is anonymized to prevent any subsequent re-identification, and the CV is completely deleted from our databases.

Cookies and other tracking technologies

We use cookies and other tracking technologies on our site for a variety of purposes, including analyzing site usage, providing you with a more personalized experience and improving the performance of our site.

When you first visit our site, an information banner will inform you that we may collect cookies.

You have the option of accepting or refusing the collection of these cookies. However, please note that this may affect certain features of our Service.

Protection of minors
