OBJECTIVE
Develop Le Petit Souk's market share through digital channels.
With around a hundred outlets in France, Belgium and Italy, Le Petit Souk wanted to accelerate its digital development by redesigning its e-commerce site (switching from Prestashop to Magento) to develop online sales, while enriching the in-store experience.

Redesign of the visual identity and digital editorial framework in line with Le Petit Souk's DNA, with a co-constructed approach to ensure consistency between the website and physical stores.
Mobile-first design with an interactive prototype to test and refine customer journeys before development. User tests were carried out on a varied panel to identify friction points and optimize the overall experience, guaranteeing fluid, intuitive navigation right from launch.
Front and back-end development in Magento, with the creation of specific modules for multi-boutique management and product catalog optimization. Complete migration of Prestashop data (products, customers, orders) to ensure a smooth transition without loss of history.
Site performance optimization to improve loading speed and user experience. Implementation of a technical SEO strategy (tag optimization, URL structure, loading times) and deployment of advanced tracking via Google Tag Manager and Google Analytics. Creation of an e-commerce dashboard to monitor performance trends.
The art direction work enriched the digital identity and brought a touch of freshness, lightness and modernity to the brand.
