Our intervention
Intro
Develop and deploy a digital core model to align the brand ecosystem and strengthen online presence
Formerly Orpea, emeis covers five professions related to personal care. Following the unveiling of its new brand identity, we are helping emeis to overhaul and rationalize its digital ecosystem, to better clarify its offering and optimize its technical infrastructure.
Design and development of a common technical "Core Model" for the Group's country websites.
Card-sorting workshops, focus groups and user tests involving patients, families and healthcare professionals to create pathways adapted to each need.
Implementation of a shared technical framework integrating safety, accessibility and eco-design constraints.
Implementation of a global SEO strategy incorporating a semantic audit, content optimization and technical SEO work (site structure, markup, performance) to guarantee effective international SEO.
Training of local teams and creation of scalable templates to ensure ease of use and global brand consistency.
Site monitoring, functionality updates, ongoing optimization and support for local teams to ensure a long-lasting, high-performance platform.
To design a platform focused on user needs, we conducted co-creation workshops and user tests with healthcare professionals, patients and families. These exchanges enabled us to identify key expectations and design a service-oriented digital ecosystem, responding to uses in the field and facilitating access to information.
OUR APPROACH
We design each project in close collaboration with our customers and end-users. Through workshops and field tests, we align the digital strategy with real needs, guaranteeing useful, high-performance solutions.
Accessibility was a key issue for the project, with an in-depth audit carried out to ensure compliance with international standards. The site achieved a score of +80, ensuring optimized browsing for all, including the disabled.
