OUR INTERVENTION
INTRO
Brigad, a startup launched in 2016, aims to simplify the problems of hiring extras in the restaurant industry.
Do you know Brigad? Startup whose claim is to facilitate the recruitment of extras to alleviate staffing concerns in the restaurant industry.
In 2019, Brigad is asking us to develop an alternative and complementary product to its main offering, a simplified schedule management tool for restaurant owners and their employees. The advantage? The Brigad Planning tool is interconnected with Brigad Staffing, their extras booking tool. Clever!

Technical stack :
1 "Components" package in React
1 "App" package in React-Native
1 "Webapp" package in ReactSymfony to meet specific technical constraints (entirely API-based).
Handoff and training with the customer's technical teams and back-office support.
Because a picture is worth a thousand words, we believe that zonings are better than long specs. For this project, we fine-tuned them to clarify the routes before the creation phase, and to identify snags as early as possible. And that saved us an incredible amount of time!
THE LITTLE EXTRA
You can't see it in the screenshot on the right, but we also prototyped our zonings! Yes, we did! Want to give it a try? Go here!
A project methodology tailored to our startup. The collaboration was very fluid and pleasant.
