High stakes, to which it is possible to respond or at least want to move in this direction since the Pacte law in 2019.
The aim: to reconcile companies' quest for economic performance with their contribution to the general interest.
And all companies, whatever their legal form, can be concerned by the status of mission-driven company.
ARNEO, a mission-driven company in the making...
Far from being a gimmicky label, this is on the contrary a structuring process that requires in-depth reflection. This is what we did at Arneo, to determine and agree on our social and environmental positioning (or CSR strategy).
We then imagined our raison d'être, fully in line with our strategic CSR vision. And, of course, we set objectives that would enable us to achieve and respect our commitments.
By enshrining these commitments in our articles of association, we are able to anchor our activity in a concrete and lasting way, in the common interest.
As you can see, becoming a company with a mission for ARNEO means making a commitment and, above all, taking concrete action with the creation of a CSR division within the agency.
A CSR unit and a dedicated offer to accelerate these changes for our customers.
In order to implement our CSR vision and support our customers in their CSR thinking and approach, we have set up a CSR Transformation Division.
Our CSR offering is based on 3 major needs:
- Ensure a clear vision of CSR KPIS to help decision-making. As we all know, these are still sometimes confusing subjects for companies. The aim here is to help our customers build their value repositories and measure the impact of their actions: this involves proposing dashboard-type tools, enabling a company's CSR strategy to be monitored and analyzed in the same way as its economic strategy.
- Offer PMO support to facilitate our customers' transformation. Our CSR experts will be able to bring about change within the company, whether at the strategic level, or in terms of steering and implementing CSR projects.
- And last but not least, we'll be tackling the all-too-frequently overlookedissue of digital sobriety, which is of vital importance with the development of new technologies.
Our aim is to provide our customers with comprehensive support in addressing their CSR issues, so that we can fulfill our role as a company with a mission.
It also enables us to unite our stakeholders (employees, customers, partners, etc.) around a corporate project focused on the impact and in-depth transformation of our digital businesses.
Our responsible development and CSR action plan are based on the mobilization of everyone at ARNEO. Today, the operational implementation of ARNEO's strategic mission is one of our teams' priorities: to be in the doing and the action to embody our ambitions on a daily basis.
A specific governance structure has been put in place to ensure the proper execution of our mission. Today, our mission committee is made up of 8 people who meet 3 times a year.
Our mission and its implementation have also led us to develop our offering: in the short and medium term, our aim is to provide more specialized CSR support for our customers, notably through PMO services and the provision of impact measurement and management tools.
For our agency, it's a real opportunity to take action on our own scale and help build a fairer, more sustainable and more collaborative model of society.
