Our intervention
OBJECTIVE
Modernize the e-commerce experience and make Le Tanneur teams autonomous on their new platform.
Le Tanneur, a French company specializing in leather goods, wanted to migrate its e-commerce site from Magento to Shopify Plus to gain greater agility. The aim was to optimize day-to-day management while improving performance and user experience.
Transfer products, customers, articles and branded content from Magento to Shopify, while ensuring data continuity.
Customization of an existing Shopify template to optimize costs while guaranteeing a premium user experience.
Integration of connectors with business tools: logistics, ERP, CRM and inventory management, for seamless synchronization of operations.
Documentation and training for Le Tanneur teams, so that they can manage their site independently after migration.
Over and above the practicality of its back-office, making it easy for The Tanneur to get to grips with, this choice was made in view of the project's budgetary constraints. By using an existing theme, we were able to limit mock-ups and custom development.
To meet the challenge :
Shopify, a solution that perfectly meets all "classic" ecommerce needs within a controlled long-term budget.
We also developed all the site's connectors with the House's digital ecosystem: CRM, ERP, product database, logistician; and integrated external solutions such as SoCloz (e-reservations) and Nosto (product recommendations).
Thanks to the migration to Shopify Plus and UX optimizations, Le Tanneur has seen strong growth in its online sales.
Following our support and training, the in-house team is now fully independent to administer the platform and manage the e-commerce business.
