          • In France, since 2019, companies with sales of over 250 million euros have been required to publish an accessibility declaration resulting from an accessibility audit valid for a maximum of 3 years.

            At European level, from June 2025, all companies with sales of over €2 million and 20 employees offering digital services for the sale of products and services will have to comply with WCAG standards with a double AA rating. This applies to certain business sectors (banking, energy, transport, e-commerce, etc.). In 2030, these requirements will be extended to all digital services intended for the European public.

          • The digital accessibility audit results in a detailed compliance report based on the chosen reference framework, including a list of priority corrective measures. It is also accompanied by the drafting of the accessibility declaration.
